Marine Resources wins Business of the Year 2022 MTA Award

After two and a half years without the infamous British Marine Trades Association (MTA) awards dinner featuring in the diary, the much-loved event made a celebratory return on Monday 20th June 2022 in Southampton at the Grand Café.
British Marine Trades Association Business of the Year went to our team at Marine Resources. Like many businesses the last couple of years have been a roller coaster for Marine Resources Recruitment and this award is a testament to all of the incredible hard work and commitment the whole team have given to ensure we absolutely stayed in our lane and stuck to our plan throughout.
The team have stayed focused and committed to our clients and the service we give them. When it was easy to be distracted, we concentrated on doubling down and doing more with our top clients. Allowing us to develop partnership models and RPO-style services. Focusing on our core market and forming some of the best relationships the company has had in its history.
We also focused internally, reviewing everything from training and development opportunities, pay structures and investing in improved software and tools for everyone.
Finally, we empowered everyone to work within a hybrid outcomes-led culture. Which puts every member of the team in the driving seat of their own success.
Everyone at MR has created an incredible platform for us to keep moving forwards and we’re super excited for what’s coming next.
