Oliver's journey with Marine Resources spans nearly two years, during which he showcased exceptional results and quickly became a figurehead as Executive Search Lead and Managing Consultant. With almost two decades of senior recruitment expertise, Oliver has collaborated with premier firms across diverse sectors, including FTSE 100 companies and innovative scale-up businesses.
His robust track record includes successful senior talent recruitment, team management, and driving impactful organisational change in both UK and international markets.
Beyond his recruitment prowess, Oliver is a competitive yachtsman, boasting National and European titles, participating in national and international race programs, and showcasing a lifelong passion for the water and the marine industry.
At Marine Resources, Oliver played a pivotal role in leading the Sales Marketing and Operations, Skilled Trades, and Executive Search divisions. His exceptional contributions positioned him as the ideal candidate for the role of Recruitment Director, where he will oversee all recruitment activities across our three key divisions: Design, Engineering and Technical; Sales Marketing and Operations; and Skilled Trades.
