Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming aftersales and warranty inquiries, developing comprehensive support plans, and providing clear timelines for resolution.
- Keeping a detailed log of all support requests and spare parts orders to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Preparing estimates, quotations, and invoices for parts orders, services, and warranty-related trips.
- Collaborating with design and production teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure client feedback is effectively communicated internally.
- Managing refit projects from start to finish, including logistics, import/export of vessels, and coordination of internal and external resources, while keeping clients informed of progress.
- Planning work schedules in cooperation with the Production team, assigning labor, estimating workload, and preparing quotations.
- Organizing all travel arrangements for Aftersales visits, including flights, transfers, accommodations, visas, and security clearances.
- Liaising with customs agencies to ensure smooth and expedited delivery of goods and parts.
