Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the marine industry and a love for being in the field selling?
We're on the hunt for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our client's Marine Equipment Division and drive business growth across the UK. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be on the front line, building and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly visit existing customers and new prospects to drive sales, develop long-term relationships, and open new markets.
  • Business Development: Expand into the non-retail marine sector, creating and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
  • Account Management: Hold reviews with key accounts to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Events: Represent the business at exhibitions and events, gathering insights and promoting the company’s presence in the market.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales forecasts, market trends, and business performance to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a field or area sales role, ideally within the marine or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining connection with remote teams.
