The aim of the role is to provide professional guidance and technical sales advice throughout their unique customisation service for new boat clients, ensuring that the client's needs are met.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience with either construction, maintenance or operation of yachts both sail and power as well as hands on sailing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Client communication – main point of contact for clients once Contract signed, ensuring the client experience exceeds all expectations, being warm, courteous and exemplary in its execution.
- Post factory extra’s - presenting standard and custom options, advising the client on the optimum solutions taking into consideration intended cruising area, home berth, longer term plans and experience level.
- Option lists – developing the options packages and prices to reflect advancing technology, liaising with suppliers and sales team.
- Purchasing – negotiate pricing with suppliers, placing orders and expediting delivery.
- Project delivery – ensure this meets client’s expectations, working closely with the Commissioning & Quality Manager and Technician to ensure successful delivery.
- Project review – prior to completion, review all costs and margins with Brand Manager to ensure accuracy prior to final invoicing.
- Handover – meet and greet clients, ensuring a seamless handover experience.
- Post handover – ensure details of any items quoted for but not taken up, are passed to the relevant team for follow up and introductions made.
