Are you a skilled CNC Machinist with a passion for precision engineering in the marine sector? Join our dynamic team, where you’ll manufacture top-tier, low-volume components that power elite sailing vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture low-volume, high-precision components using both manual lathe and milling machines.
- Fabricate components from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.
- Set up and operate CNC machines specifically for low-volume production.
- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure consistent, optimal performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, contributing to a safe work environment.
- Conduct self-inspection of all components to ensure 100% accuracy and quality.
- Organise tooling and fixtures for both manual and CNC machines.
- Proven experience in a similar CNC machining role.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering precise, top-quality work.
- Strong knowledge of machining protocols and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently managing time and resources.
