Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Business Development to bring on new customers in your assigned territories covering all sectors (Utilities, Working at Height and Lifting and Holding)
- Take ownership of assigned territories and their assigned budget, developing and delivering an inspiring sales strategy.
- Identify new routes to market which may not have been investigated previously.
- Lead & take responsibility for the product managers within assigned customers, maximise mind share with regular product training, strategy & planning meetings for business growth in their territory and sector
- Align sales activity with the KPIs, including visit rates, order conversion rates, territory performance etc… reporting them on a monthly basis to the Head of Sales
