Marine Resources have a number of exciting and interesting opportunities for permanent and full time GRP finishers and Laminators to join a busy boat builder in Oxford.

Duties for finishers will include
  • Sanding with various grades of paper
  • Filling and repairing damage/breakout
  • Fairing gel coat
  • Buffing and polish of gel coat

Duties for laminators will include;
  • Mould care
  • Preparing moulds for lay-up
  • Application of various release agents
  • Material identification
  • Gel coat application
  • Excellent laminating skills and dexterity in the use of hand tools
You will join an experienced team but must be able to work independently.

Working hours are 7 - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
