Key Responsibilities
  • Develops HR procedures and applies policies for a specific geographic area, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifies requirements for HR frameworks and tools to address business needs within a key area.
  • Offers expert advice on interpreting policies and procedures, assisting in resolving complex or sensitive HR issues, and enabling managers to make informed decisions.
  • Investigates critical business challenges, leveraging HR data to analyze root causes and proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on technology, policies, regulations, and/or operational practices.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal clients, establishing credibility and trust.
