We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join one of our premier clients in the marine space. In this role, you will support our HR department's day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, supporting onboarding, and helping maintain employee records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting our people and culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of professional services queries. - pay and benefit enquiries, company policy questions and day to day queries across the professional services side of the business.
  • Support managers with all aspects of recruitment including initiating recruitment within the HR system, coordinating interviews, processing contracts and supporting with the onboarding and new starter inductions.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the wider team across professional services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing general HR-related questions and referring issues as needed to the appropriate HR team members.
Ideally the right candidate will be able to demonstrate a couple of years strong administrative experience. Marine experience is not essential, we are more focussed on the right type of person.
