Are you a proactive and customer-oriented professional with a fervour for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for an Office Administrator for one of our premier clients.
Our client oversees a thriving Serviced Office building, with a growing tenant portfolio of over 46 offices of varying sizes. We seek someone with prior customer service experience, in the property sector would be a bonus. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to clients and visitors, handling various administrative functions. Your tasks will encompass coordinating lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and property tours, collaborating closely with the management team to optimize occupancy rates.
Additionally, an interest in marketing would be advantageous, as you'll play a role in assisting, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, such as social media, email, and online advertising. This is aimed at elevating visibility and attracting new clients.
Regular building inspections are also part of the role, involving identifying areas needing attention and liaising with contractors to carry out necessary works.
