We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our clients Marine Equipment Division. Established over 5 years ago, this division aims to maintain and build a robust portfolio of brands, striving to become a leading distributor in the marine equipment and aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full product portfolio management, including new product introductions, pricing updates, product deletions and supersessions, and inventory management.
- Contribute to product planning and road mapping to align with divisional growth expectations.
- Analyze product performance metrics, monitor product adoption, and gather customer feedback.
- Provide product support to the Online Sales Manager and Marketing team, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive successful product launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop countermeasures.
- Deliver exceptional service and support while maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners.
- Proven experience in the marine industry.
- Competence in managing an extensive product portfolio.
- Strong sales motivation and thorough attention to detail.
- Capacity to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
