We are seeking a Project Manager for a leading global provider of engineered sailing system solutions. This company specializes in rigging services for yachts of all sizes and offers the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most prestigious vessels.
Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver projects related to sailing systems, including rigs, rigging, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and composites. You will be responsible for advising clients, providing technical solutions, managing projects, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. Occasionally, you will also be involved in hands-on rigging work on yachts up to 70 feet.

Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver projects related to sailing systems, including rigs, rigging, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and composites. You will be responsible for advising clients, providing technical solutions, managing projects, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. Occasionally, you will also be involved in hands-on rigging work on yachts up to 70 feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and technical support for sailing systems, including rigging and mechanical/hydraulic systems.
- Propose and sell tailored solutions to clients, including project scoping and pricing.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Occasionally assist with rigging and system installations on yachts.
- Create technical SOPs with multimedia content (photos, videos, diagrams).
- Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to enhance internal expertise.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the marine or rigging industry.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- University degree or relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for sailing and technical systems; experience with carbon fiber, hydraulics, and mechanical systems is a plus.
- A solution-oriented approach with strong project management skills.
