Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of high-performance composite equipment for the marine industry. With a rich history spanning over three decades, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for some of the most prestigious yacht builders and racing teams globally. As they continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking a Project Planner to join their team.

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the marine sector either personally or through previous employment. You will need to be an extremely detail-oriented person who has experience with Microsoft Project. You will work under the guidance of experienced project managers and engineers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of our cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Collaborate with different departments (engineering, manufacturing, procurement) to gather necessary information for accurate project planning.
  • Learn to integrate schedules across multiple disciplines to create comprehensive project timelines.
  • Participate in regular schedule reviews with project teams to understand project status and learn about potential improvements.
  • Support communication and coordination efforts across project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
