A leader in high-performance marine electronics is seeking a dynamic UK Regional Sales Account Manager to join a collaborative and goal-oriented UK Sales team. Our client has a legacy within marine spanning over 80 years and with continued development and huge investment from the parent company there is not a better time to join the team and work with our clients across the UK.

As the UK Regional Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow relationships with OEMs, dealers, and retailers while identifying new sales opportunities in the UK & Ireland region. This role requires an in-depth understanding of marine products and their role in enhancing customers' boating experiences across the whole range of marine from power to sail. Candidates should be willing to travel, up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for retail, OEM, and service dealers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with dealers and consumers.
  • Visit trade customers regularly to ensure effective product promotion and customer service.
  • Coordinate promotions and point-of-sale activities in different sales channels.
  • Monitor competitors, collecting data on pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
  • Assist in the setup and staffing of trade events and boat shows, including some weekend work.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and recommend new products to address opportunities or challenges.
