Our Client is seeking an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through top-notch warranty support. This role is critical in managing and resolving warranty claims efficiently and professionally for new boat owners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Act as the main contact for all warranty issues within the first three years of ownership.
  • Technical Investigation: Collect detailed information to assess and resolve warranty claims.
  • Warranty Claims Processing: Manage claims with the factory, and track necessary parts.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with contractors and factory counterparts.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize global logistics and coordinate with service agents and technicians.
  • Team Briefing: Ensure technicians and subcontractors are fully informed about issues and solutions.
  • Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about the status and progress of work.
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure all warranty costs are appropriately recharged.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle warranty disputes professionally and calmly.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a warm, flexible, and polite approach to provide top-notch customer service.
Person Specification:
  • Experience: Recent and relevant experience in Aftersales/Warranty within the marine leisure industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of boat repair and warranty issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong determination to follow through on issues until resolved.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in using multiple IT systems.
  • Team Player: Hardworking, energetic, and positive team player.
