Position Details:

- Work from production drawings to create high-quality components.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Make informed decisions based on established procedures.
- Utilise your practical knowledge and hands-on experience in composite techniques, including epoxy resin applications.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in composite boat building.
- Competence in pre-preg laminating, wet lamination, vacuum bagging processes, and epoxy resin handling.
- Basic decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
