An opportunity for an Engineering Buyer to join a marine client at the forefront of performance and commercial technology projects.

The Engineering Buyer will be a key member of this growing team, responsible for the support of one-off and custom products working closely with engineering, naval architecture, electrical and hydraulics engineers. Considering the leaps forward in maritime projects, the role would be best suited to an individual with strong engineering acumen, ideally degree qualified.
As an experienced Buyer, you will be expected to work closely with suppliers working from engineering drawings to source products for bespoke and one-of-a-kind projects. You will come with strong networks and negotiation skills and the capability to work within tight timeframes on high pressure projects

Ideally degree qualified to the highest level, your experience will come from a high performance maritime, automotive or heavy duty precision background, giving you a strong understand of working highly innovative projects and a keen eye for innovative design projects.
