We are seeking a Sales Manager (Marine) to join an innovative and passionate team. As the Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding their influence in the marine industry, driving the success of the OEM customers, and strengthening relationships across global markets.
The ideal candidate will be a sailor or marine enthusiast with a true passion for the sea, and a deep understanding of the marine industry, especially in performance sailing.

As the Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding their influence in the marine industry, driving the success of the OEM customers, and strengthening relationships across global markets.
The ideal candidate will be a sailor or marine enthusiast with a true passion for the sea, and a deep understanding of the marine industry, especially in performance sailing.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned territories and their assigned budget, developing and delivering an inspiring sales strategy.
- Lead & take responsibility for the product managers within assigned Distributors, maximise mind share with regular product training, strategy & planning meetings for business growth in their territory.
- Maintain price lists and terms with assigned accounts, aligned with the pricing principles and ensuring that annual price lists are agreed and deployed ahead of schedule
- Support your assigned accounts with attendance at relevant regattas, boat shows and Trade Shows to support revenue generation and product awareness.
- Attend sales team meetings advising on future product, sales and marketing strategies you would recommend that align with the vision and future growth of the business.
