As our client continues to expand operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.
Our client is one of the market’s newest electric engine manufacturers and is currently experiencing a sustained period of growth. In this role, you will work closely with the office manager, sales team, and purchasing department to help drive the company’s continued expansion. You will be responsible for financial planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring efficient operations and strategic financial management.
Given the company’s focus on the marine industry, experience in the leisure or commercial marine sector is highly desirable. They offer a collaborative culture, strong team ethic, and hybrid working opportunities. The office is also easily accessible for commuters along the South Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, cashflows, and financial planning in collaboration with the management team.
- Support fundraising activities, including financial modeling.
- Oversee operational accounting and management account preparation.
- Manage tax reporting and payments, including VAT and R&D claims.
- Assist with product costing and financial analysis for sales opportunities.
- Consolidate bank accounts and maintain accounting software (Odoo).
- Collaborate with the supply chain and customers on financial topics such as discount models.
- Provide financial support for project and product spend management.
- CIMA/ACCA qualification with a strong background in financial accounting and management.
