We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to join the team. After several years of development, they are now into full scale production supplying to many regions around the world. With a growing network and market share, our client is therefore in a strong position for growth, and this translates into this hugely exciting role.
The office is based near Southampton in one of the marina wharfs, they offer hybrid working options, a bonus scheme, and opportunities to contribute to product development and really help grow and scale this company, making it an excellent time to join the organization.

Just a few of the key responsibilities:
- Execute a sales strategy to drive sales across diverse international markets.
- Gain a solid understanding of electric propulsion technology, including its advantages and potential challenges.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Travel extensively to meet with potential clients – shipyards, boat builders, fleet operators, and eco-conscious consumers – at their locations. Cultivate strong relationships and build trust across the products
- Work closely with engineers and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial sale to installation and ongoing support.
