We are looking for a Junior Yacht broker for one of the leading and most globally recognised yacht sales company in today’s market. With seventeen offices across Europe and an online presence, they collectively represent some of the best manufacturers in the industry. 

The successful candidate must demonstrate success in a sales environment and be both ambitious and self-motivated. Previous boat sales experience is not essential, but individuals will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build and develop relationships with clients. Someone with boating/yachting knowledge, who is great building relationships with customers and colleagues would thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell pre-owned boats as well as new boats from world-leading brands
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize our leading CRM system to manage client information and sales processes.
  • Engage in innovative marketing strategies to promote sales.
  • Provide excellent client care throughout the sales process.
  • Work as part of a professional team within a motivated and forward-thinking company.
