The PLM Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the product lifecycle management processes across a variety of cutting-edge projects. Working closely with engineering, naval architecture, and cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and bespoke maritime solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from concept through development to delivery and eventual retirement, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
  • Partner with engineers specializing in electrical systems, hydraulics, and naval architecture to integrate PLM best practices seamlessly into project workflows.
  • Support sourcing and procurement processes by collaborating with buyers and suppliers, ensuring materials and components meet design and performance specifications.
  • Develop, implement, and refine PLM strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize risk, and support the execution of highly customized, high-performance projects.
  • Utilize PLM software tools to manage data, track project milestones, and improve design and production workflows.
  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
