As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. You’ll manage essential daily administrative tasks and help ensure the efficient operation of the office. Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a professional work environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are addressed.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
- Accurately input and update data in various systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including research, project coordination, and other duties as assigned.
