Senior Project/Contracts Manager
Our client is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with an established reputation for excellence and innovation. They have an impressive international track record, delivering projects across a broad range of sectors including marine, luxury hotels, prime residential, and commercial spaces.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking company where your leadership and expertise will drive project success.

About the Role:
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in leading project delivery within the interior fit-out industry. This role requires exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills, alongside strong contract knowledge and commercial acumen. While experience in delivering Cruise liner / Large scale marine interior fit-out projects is desirable, it is not essential.
You will oversee the full life cycle of projects, working closely with clients, design teams, the factory, procurement, shipyards, and ensuring successful delivery onboard during the drydock period. Full responsibility for all aspects of the project, including cost management, will rest with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop project plans and budgets, monitor progress, and ensure key deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality standards, adhering to statutory and legal requirements as well as company procedures.
  • Effectively manage resources including staff, labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors.
  • Uphold contractual conditions and safeguard the contractual position of the company.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to maximise project contribution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in marine fit-out projects is an advantage.
Location and Travel: IMPORTANT!
This role can be based from anywhere in the UK with flexible remote working However there will be a requirement to work from the office in Northern Ireland as needed, depending on project demands as well as international travel to oversee project delivery is required. All travel expenses will be fully covered.
