We are recruiting for a Technical Sales & Dealer Manager for a company known in the industry for an enviable reputation and continuous innovation since 1979. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and well-established Technical Sales/OEM team, which works closely together to deliver exceptional results.

Our client specializes in providing technical equipment and services that enhance the boating experience, offering products like sound insulation, exhaust systems, and more, for a wide range of marine vessels. They are dedicated to improving the environment for boat users, crew, guests, and other water users.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Sales Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers in the leisure marine and industrial markets.
  • Dealer Network Management: Develop and manage a growing dealer network, ensuring alignment with company strategy and standards.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven sales experience and/or dealer network management
  • Solid understanding of marine markets
  • Technical aptitude to promote and sell solutions effectively
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
