Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Sales Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers in the leisure marine and industrial markets.
- Dealer Network Management: Develop and manage a growing dealer network, ensuring alignment with company strategy and standards.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience and/or dealer network management
- Solid understanding of marine markets
- Technical aptitude to promote and sell solutions effectively
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
