- Exciting River Thames property development schemes
- Ground-breaking renewable energy projects like a tidal range energy scheme in North Wales
Their rapid success has been down to the strength of relationships and a key part of your role will be to build, develop and maintain those relationships with contractors, clients and partners. My client like getting out to site to meet clients, literally seeing the project through from concept to completion.
The Role:
As a Maritime Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience, you’ll be at the forefront of exciting and varied projects. You’ll:
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using your expertise
- Lead detailed designs for marine civil engineering projects
- Draft and present proposals to new and existing clients
- Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Provide technical expertise that’s accessible and jargon-free
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgets and payments
- Mentor and support junior team members
What my client are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in marine civil engineering
- A passion for the marine environment
- A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients, and partners
