This is a highly technical sales/account management position working on exciting, large-scale projects that unfold 3-4 years before a yacht's completion date, allowing you to showcase your technical prowess and visionary flair. This role extends beyond sales showcasing the ideal candidates technical expertise, client collaboration, and unrivaled customer service.
This is a remote working position with some international travel to some of the most prestigious locations visiting boatyards, high end clients and boat shows.

Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Working with Area Sales Managers to drive Superyacht sales
- Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
- Using CAD software to design bespoke customer solutions
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
