Project Manager – Performance Sailing Systems
We are working on behalf of an innovative and respected leader in the performance sailing sector to recruit a Project Manager with a strong background deck hardware, and custom rigging solutions.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and wants to work at the forefront of sailing system design and delivery. You'll be working closely with a dynamic team to oversee bespoke projects for some of the most advanced sailing campaigns and yachts in the world.
The Ideal Candidate:
You’ll be someone who ideally has a background in racing yachts, understands the demands of performance sailing, and can confidently read technical drawings and CAD files. A background in marine project management—ideally with three or more years of experience—and an understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding and successful delivery of complex marine projects
- Liaise with sales and technical teams to define scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate production and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain detailed documentation and produce client-facing reports
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support new product development
- Proven project management experience, ideally in the marine or performance sailing industry
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confidence reading CAD and technical documentation
- A passion for sailing and a solid understanding of race yacht systems and equipment.
