The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the watersports centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment use, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Develop and manage the watersports centre budget, monitoring expenditures and revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as introducing new programs or partnerships.
- RYA Senior Instructor
- RYA Powerboat Instructor
- RYA Coach assessor (Ideally)
- Proven experience in watersports facility management or a similar role.
