Looking for your next step in the watersport industry? We are actively recruiting for a Centre Manager for one of the UK's most well-known RYA training centres, based on the South Coast.

As a charity our client run their centre with their main cause at it's core - ignite enthusiasm for physical activity, sport and exercise to make a positive impact on the community. Making it an even more unqiue opportunity!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the watersports centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment use, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Develop and manage the watersports centre budget, monitoring expenditures and revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as introducing new programs or partnerships.
Qualifications/Skills
  • RYA Senior Instructor
  • RYA Powerboat Instructor
  • RYA Coach assessor (Ideally)
  • Proven experience in watersports facility management or a similar role.
