Your Mission
- Lead groundbreaking projects—oversee every detail from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
- Be the driving force—coordinate shipyards, captains, naval architects, and subcontractors, ensuring flawless collaboration.
- Own client relationships—build trust, anticipate needs, and provide expert guidance to elevate their vision.
- Bring designs to life—communicate and translate stunning interior and exterior design ideas to clients and shipyards.
- Be the face of innovation—represent the company at key global meetings, with or without a Director present.
- Steer financial success—work closely with the Head of Finance to monitor costs and ensure precise invoicing.
- Spot growth opportunities—identify ways to add value and expand business with existing clients.
- Lead with expertise—manage project teams, set schedules, and drive efficiency.
- Stay ahead of the curve—keep up with industry trends and continuously push creative and technical boundaries.
- Master the details—design and refine General Arrangement (GA) plans and work hand-in-hand with creative teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Craft stunning visuals—produce CAD drawings and 3D models to support world-class yacht builds.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven expertise—experience leading complex yacht design and build projects.
- Exceptional client skills—ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key industry players.
- Impeccable organisation & problem-solving—take charge, make confident decisions, and know when to escalate critical issues.
- A sharp eye for detail—balance the fine details with the big-picture vision.
- Technical mastery—expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office/Excel, and project planning software.
- Artistic flair—hand sketching skills are a plus.
- A passion for excellence—a proactive mindset, team-oriented approach, and a relentless drive to innovate.
