They specialize in guiding marina design and waterfront development projects, offering expertise from the initial design and feasibility studies, all the way through procurement, construction, and operational management. The dedicated team brings together diverse backgrounds to consult on an ever-expanding portfolio of exciting commissions. As they continue to grow, they are actively seeking an experienced individual to assume a pivotal project management role.
 
Their consultancy services span a wide spectrum, including:
  • Conducting market feasibility studies and assessments
  • Crafting waterfront master plans
  • Formulating marine business strategies
  • Designing innovative marinas
  • Harnessing the power of data analysis
  • Excelling in tender and project management
  • Orchestrating seamless marina operations
  • Providing valuable environmental and legislative guidance
  • Offering insights through property consultancy

 
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in project managing marina developments directly for a marina, coastal engineering or maritime civil engineering background, to offer their experience to this diverse team
  • Strong capabilities in managing client and stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Proficiency in producing technical reports
  • Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication, both written and oral
  • Background or degree in a relevant field, which can encompass Marine/Civil Engineering, Design, Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning, or Operational Management
  • A solid understanding of the maritime and marine leisure industry
  • You will be expected to showcase your ability to adapt and excel across a diverse range of consultancy projects. The successful candidate may also be called upon to represent the company at client meetings, conferences, seminars, or stakeholder events. Therefore, the ability to confidently speak in front of audiences with knowledge and passion, as well as strong written presentation skills, is crucial.
