Job Opportunity: Marina Manager – South of France
Are you passionate about the marine industry and ready to lead in one of the most stunning coastal locations in the world? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marina Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious marina in the South of France.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the marina, including berthing, maintenance, and customer services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to marina users.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with berth holders, visiting yachts, and local stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
  • Strategic Development: Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve marina facilities and services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in marina or port management, or a senior leadership role within the marine industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and French (French speaking is essential).
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
  • A passion for the marine environment and a commitment to sustainability.
