Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of marina operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Influence and manage the P&L, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with central teams.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and cost-saving measures.
- Oversee lifting, shoring, and yard operations, and conduct regular site inspections.
