Our client is a prestigious and market-leading yacht manufacturing company known for its high-quality craftsmanship and innovative designs. They are known for their excellence in the luxury maritime sector, creating some of the world's most exquisite and sought-after yachts.

We are seeking Deck Fitters/ Outfitters to join their manufacturing team on a full time permanent basis in Oundle, Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and be able to demonstrate great pride in your work.

Responsibilities:
Be able to pro-actively and competently work to boat build documentation and install a range of items that make up the boats.
Assemble GRP components to create the correct layout and structure of the vessel.

Rates:
£12.44 - £14p/h DOE - Overtime at 1.5x and 2x rate

Hours
07.00 to 16.00 Monday - Thursday
07.00 am to 13.00 pm Friday
