We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Leisure Marine Division) to drive revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of products. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure good and professional management of the sales team ensuring they achieve individual sales targets to hit overall end of year divisional budgets.
- Setting of yearly budgets and targets to ensure continued growth of the division
- Work with General Manager and Product manager to identify and secure new suppliers
- Ensure all market intelligence, customer behaviour and growth anticipation are regularly delivered to the purchasing team to ensure sufficient stocks are ordered in to achieve targets
- Forecast Engines & Boats to ensure sufficient and timely stocking. Work with the Spare parts team to feed in market intelligence and rigging kit requirement. Work within stock budgets
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills, written and telephone.
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- High Base Salary + OTE £70K
