Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of high-performance composite equipment for the marine industry. With a rich history spanning over three decades, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for some of the most prestigious yacht builders and racing teams globally. As they continue to innovate and grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Procurement/Technical buyer.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle from the day to day buying and sourcing of new products, on boarding, vendor management, SLA contract negotiation and ensuring the overall robustness of the supply chain.
If you are a strategic thinking, have strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of procurement processes and lifecycle we want to hear from you.
A background in marine is not essential however we would particularly welcome applications from this sector alongside the automotive or manufacturing sectors.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Implement cost-effective procurement processes and practices without compromising quality.
- Monitor and report on adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
